DERMA POLICIES
The members of our staff have dedicated their careers to promote the well-being of others. It is important to us that each guest go home satisfied, and we ask that these few, but important, details of spa etiquette be observed.
- Late arrival: if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may be able to accommodate you with a shorter service; however you will be required to pay the price of the original appointment. If you are 30 minutes late, you will be notified that your appointment is cancelled, as not to run into the next client’s appointment. We will be happy to reschedule you to another available time.
- Cancellation: Should you require to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- No shows: if you do not show up for your appointment without any notification, we will require full payment before-hand should you choose to book again.
Please be aware, cancellations and no shows are a loss of income for us.
- No plus-ones are allowed in our treatment rooms unless the client is under the age of 18
- Cell phones: please help us maintain a tranquil environment by silencing your cell phone
- Gratuities are not included in the service prices, however can be added at the time of payment
- Our payment options include: online bank transfer, cash, linx & credit card
